I know that I can’t get you a loan for an Ice Hut with an FHA, VA,USDA, Utah Housing or Conventional loan which, is why I’m headed to Malad Idaho to go ice fishing at Daniels Reservoir with some friends today to see if there are any private money lenders there who will lend on an Ice Hut. That’s the kind of conviction that I have to help out my clients.
